17th April 2014 Incredibly bad service! I missed delivery so called back the same day to arrange re-delivery. I was told that parcel would be delivered between 1-5pm the next day. The following morning I checked online and it said that they were still awaiting re-delivery instructions. I called again, and the lady I spoke to said there was no record of me having called the previous day and would now have to wait for the parcel to be delivered the following week (it was a long weekend). She said that she would ask the closest franchise (North shore) to deliver urgently that day. 4 hours later nothing had changed online. I called again and they said that they had asked whether package could be delivered urgently. Advised me to contact north shore depot. The number they gave me was the same one I had called to speak to them. I then had to take time off work to pick up the parcel. Really really terrible service! I will not be using them again - use courier post!!!!!!!!

22nd February 2013 Pick up pm delivery am, they don't say what am!!!!
Parcel has been in transit for over a day between two depots. Well they think it is as there tracking service is shocking, they know where the parcel is not but not where it is.
As it is a franchise company the Auckland branch cant talk to the hamilton branch.. So where does it leave you, well as the woman said at there office "you just have to wait until next week to see if it turns up"

14th December 2011 SHOCKING SERVICE-had a phone call conversation with a man at Fastways.Rang to trace a product that was apparently on a truck and supposed to have been delivered earlier today. This courier service not only lost the first package that was sent to me but took over 3 days to deliver the new package from Wairau-Glenfield to Torbay!!!!! Xmas cards reach the other side of the world quicker.... In addition delivered 1 of 2 packages yesterday-left the other one on board the truck!!! Had not been given a track and trace number from the supplier. My husband rang up earlier and spoke to this man and he said that the product would be delivered today. This man demanded a track and trace number to which I explained I did not have one and my husband had spoken with him earlier about this and he was able to help him. This man then hung up on me. When I rang back and asked why he hung up on me he said I swore! ARE YOU SERIOUS! I explained to this man that I did not swear or use profantity. To which he hung up again. I rang back again and no one answered. It took a good 20 mins for someone to answer the phone. Do you honestly think this is acceptable or professional? I then spoke with another man who was able to help me with my query to which I explained the situation. Why is that this gentleman was able to assist me and be polite yet the other man tried to be difficult, rude and disrespectful?????
It is highly unacceptable this service. To be accused of swearing on the phone, hung up on twice for something I did not do and to also be chasing up a courier service for a mistake they have made, with no attempt to make this a priority or apologize. I take great dissatisfaction in being accused of swearing and treated in this manner. Its disgraceful. How can you possibly offer constructive suggestions with this level of service; only at least I was able to discuss the matter with someone else and get some sense. Shame to their name and what they stand for!!
