Im afraid I had a bad experience at Inkplus on Queen Styreet and would warn people about going there. Their internet service has poor virus protection, even tough they sell anti virus software in the store, they had chosen to only use free software on their computers offering little protection. I contracted a virus which destroyed my work, my usb stick and infected my computer. When I notified the business of this they began to abuse and insult me. I was hoping they would take some responsibility and clean my computer, as the woman knew there was a virus on the computer but had failed to warn me. Shge bcame abusive and insulting, even tough I had been a loyal customer there for five years.
