14th April 2022 Walked in already had the car I wanted in my head On Saturday , Sunday Signed the Car Papers walked out Monday with my Car. All thanks to Sylas King he made getting my first ever whip so easy and less stressful. really really happy with my car and will be recommending to all my family and friends. 7th March 2013 Without doubt the worst service I have ever received by a car salesman (A).
He over sold the vehicle and under delivered on service.
Despite assurances the Jeep Cherokee had been checked by mechanics and was in good running order, it arrived with a broken power steer pump (I can not believe this was not previously known by either the noise or the amount of leaked fluid).
I requested two easy checks. One was "Is the heater working on both hot and cold?" [this is a known fault in this model] - I was assured it was - wrong answer.
I was promised an extra 6 months of registration on the vehicle - it did not arrive with this.
On contacting the salesman when the vehicle arrived (transported door to door) I got the worst after sales service I have ever received. He was rude, dismissive and tried blaming me for not having the vehicle checked prior to purchase.
Excuse me, but I thought I was buying from a reputable business. One that could be trusted.
Despite originally indicating he would take care of the power stearing unit, I was then offered half the replacement cost, and no registration.
The salesman told me he had taken it up with his manager and was not prepared to offer any more assistance to me.
When asked to be put forward to the manager so I could talk to him, I was then told he was overseas.
Eventually I did get 75% of the replacement cost of the power steering pump, the six months registration, and told to basically stick the costs of the heater repairs.
What I thought was great service to start with, ended up being little more than a sales pitch. The back up service was completely unacceptable.

2nd August 2012 Awesome guys, especially Mike Harvey. At first I was a bit dubious about "sell on behalf" but the guys picked my car up, sold in FIVE DAYS and paid me the price I wanted the day they sold it. Couldn't be more impressed. Highly recommended!
