16th October 2011 My Mother recently had a parcel delievered by this company. They delievered to the wrong street even though the address was clearly written on the parcel. Luckily for us the kind person at the house which it was delievered to contacted my Mother so she was able to pick it up. Very disappointed that they did not read the address correctly and very thankful that the people who recieved it kindly gave it back to us. Could of been a sad Christmas for my kids this year :(
