14th June 2008 This farm experience is a "must see" for any Grandparent or host of overseas visitors.
It is very user friendly and spotlessly clean.
The animals are well versed in all the aspects of wringing the last morsel of treats out of the punters. All are in wonderful health. The grounds are spectacularly beautiful. There are plenty of easy walks onsite. Highlight of the day for my five grandkids? Split choice between feeding the enormous Eels or riding on the two Flying Foxes.

A great day out! Yak to the yaks and enjoy the friendly animals. Feed the animals and ride the ponies. Visit the underground springs and see the eels swirl. We have a playground, picnic area and flying fox. Newly arrived - the world's largest living birds - African Ostriches. Central to Auckland, Hamilton, Taupo, Rotorua & Whakatane. Situated within McLarens Falls Park SH29 Tauranga. Open School Holidays (7 Days) and public holidays, weekends - weather permitting. 10am - 4.30pm, Wed, Thur 10am - 2pm. Enjoy the natural surroundings of the top tourist attraction.
