26th November 2008 Took car in for a quote but didnt specify they were the panel beaters we were using. He put his foot on the guard and pushed a dent in, then claimed it was a weak spot. When we asked if he could pull the dent out (that he had caused) he then replaced the guard (without asking) which was a totally different colour, before even checking that he had the correct coloured paint or even a painter available.
When an older family member was asked along for support; he was overly agressive and denyed that what he did was wrong for my car.
Who wants to buy a car with a mismatched drivers side guard?
I warn any other person against going to this pannel beater, unless of course, you dont mind your car having parts on it (that you DONT ask for) put on not lined up properly and a few extra nicks and scratches in the paint.
