11th March 2009 If you are searching for good cafe food in Napier- this is it. The pancakes and bacon , the lasagne in fact all the menu items are good and reasonably priced.
The cakes look lacklustre and lets just say the savoury cabinet has promise but could do better.
Check out the sandwiches and bagels, they are good value and tasty. A bit too much onion at times and slack in the salt and pepper department but I'm probably old fashioned.
Open early and closing well after most Napier Cafes have closed their doors, this is the place to go for food.
I wish the coffee was as good as the food but you can't have everything!
