Probably one of my all time favourites in ChCh. Fabulous food, lively and warm atmosphere with a very relaxed & authentic feel/setting. Indoor & outdoor dining, great selection of wines, huge menu with so many tasty choices, fantastic options for vegetarians too! A very good place for all occasions. Love it.

Well I have read some bad reviews on several websites about this place but have decided that reviewers tend to copy/ repeat/ echo whoever was the last to comment. Well I went to Tutto Bene tonight with wife plus 2 close friends and had a great night. We know what to expect there - lots of buzz and chatter and noise. But staff have always been hard working. One waitress got it wrong tonight, delivering my side salad (for the main) before our entree even arrived. But our table waiter whisked it away - back into a fridge? Anyway the pizza breads were very tasty with pesto spread etc. Kept the hunger away. My Puttanesca was massively colourful and tasty BUT too salty. Enough to overpower the Olives and anchovies. But just the right level of Chilli. Wifes mushroom risotto was smooth, creamy and delicious. Friend had fantastic juicy Groper steak with tender scallops and shrimps. Machiatto coffee was a real hit, and Gelatto and Tiramasu (Mamas Cake) were each delicious in their own way. We WILL be back...

Completely yummy! Tutto Benne has a real buzzing atmosphere. The meals are completely irresistable, but also reasonably priced. The wine list is great, and the staff really friendly. Make sure you book in advance!

Another one of our favourites. When we're Asian'ed out and looking for another great value BYO we always turn back to Tutto Benne. Service is great, food is good and reasonably priced and we always leave satisfied with it being money well enjoyed.

My partner took me out for dinner on my birthday at Tutto Bene, it was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I have had. The meals were hearty and delicious, and we especially appreciated the warm environment. One of the staff, an italian man, possibly the business owner we thought, was out in the restaurant checking on his patrons, he was very entertaining to talk to, and very funny. We did however have to book an advance as the place was very busy!

A good place for pasta and meeting up with friends. Unfortunately too noisy for most conversations - some acoustic treatment may make all the difference here.

I had heard all about this place so had to try for myself. Very handy to home. In the Heart of Merivale. Place was buzzing makes you feel happy just walking through the doors. The food is a mouth watering experience.So many Pizza and pasta dishes to choose from. The service was spot on and the company even better (my lovely wife)Reccommend this to couples and dinner parties that love italian or want to try something a little different.Good on you Tutto Bene. We will be back
