Kelvin and I would like to express our gratitude and thanks for our beautiful wedding cake. It really was a gorgeous creation and added to the whole feeling of our amazing day. We had lots of comments about the look and taste of the cake. The citrus madeira was Kelvin's favourite. The macadamia fruit cake mine. It was all devoured at the wedding with the exception of half of the fruit cake which we have frozen. It has been very tempting for me to take a portion out just so I can have more...Rachel & Kelvin Mackie
