Thank you for the prompt and effortless process that resulted in me
topping up my current loan with Avanti. The requirements to get the loan confirmed were clearly laid out in the response to my application and I could then plan to provide the evidence required and set a date for signing the contract.

On signing a number of assumptions were made based on my previous loan requirements and this made the process easier, even when I wanted to change a particular requirement in the terms of the new loan it was a quick process to get sign off and the amended documents were printed ready for signing. Efficency in action!

Although I did not have proof of current income at the meeting to sign
the loan, a requirement I was not aware of, I emailed a copy of my
latest pay slip and all was approved and payment made overnight into
the account I nominated.

I just thought Id send a quick email to say Thankyou very much!!! I picked up my new wagon a cpl of days back and it is a beaut !! You would be impressed. Its a definite chicks wagon, But I have taken it off road and dirtied it up a little. So looks great now. It is an ideal wagon for getting around and marketing my business. Would like to take the time to thank you properly for the quick and professional service my son and I received last Thursday with such short notice. Hi Aeron Thank you for the exceptional service you provided me for the car loan. You made it a very hassle free process for me from the beginning to the end. As you can appreciate flying up to Auckland, looking at a vehicle for the first time and sorting out the finances can be overwhelming for one afternoon. I thank you for the all preparation leading up to that day, it was key to ensuring a smooth stress free transition. The communication was clear and precise from the outset, the application turnaround time was quick and the actual processing in the office was very efficient, even though I turned up on the eleventh hour (so to speak). You left no stone unturned to ensure I fully understood everything and most of all you were very very helpful, a pleasing experience indeed. The service from the staff is fast, efficient and personal. They will give you an answer asap. I recommend talking to this friendly and accommodating team and see what they can do for you. I have been given the opportunity to utilize the top-up loans (twice) and when I really needed it. Thanks Avanti.
