When our very good friend needed to return to NZ (from Perth) urgently for her father's funeral, we wanted to arrange something personal and special for her family at such a sad and emotional time.
Your personal input and time was greatly appreciated, the extra trip to the nursery to get the exact type of Rose we wanted, plus your numerous phone calls to me to make sure you had everything, reassured me that using your company was the correct decision.
The rose travelled extremely well and the box was delivered just 1 hour before they left the house for the service (great timing). They were delighted with the care and thought which went into selecting and arranging the whole thing, so I must say again, thanks so much for the extra effort you went to, to make sure this was such a personal gift at a very sad time.
Thank again so much for the time and effort, we in Perth really appreciate it.
