This large historic mansion was built in Auckland in 1906, and was transported to Rotorua 90 years later. It has been totally renovated and refurbished, incorporating all modern comforts. These include three queensize bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one for people with special needs, as well as two bedrooms with shared guest bathroom and separate toilet. It is situated in a relaxing rural setting, surrounded by beautiful gardens, with scenic lake and rural views. We provide old fashioned hospitality, home cooked breakfast and a friendly atmosphere, and on cool evenings there is a cosy logfire in our guest lounge. Dalbeth Road is only 12 minutes from Rotorua's city centre, just off State Highway 5 from Auckland and Hamilton (see map). There is a wide variety of activities to do and sights to see in and around Rotorua. We hope you can set aside a few days to enjoy the area and our country home.
