Thanks to Raymond and his great team for their comprehensive and adaptable service. The team worked so hard and went the extra mile to help us have a smooth move. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very friendly and helpful. Having Raymond contact us regularly was helpful. We would definitely use World Moving & Storage again. I use this company to do all commerical moves. They are efficient and careful with all items, which includes IT equipment. Staff are always polite and nothing is too much trouble for them even when they get last minute changes. They have also done a lot of residential relocations for the canterbury rebuild and all feedback from homeowners and staff have been positive. They are a pleasure to deal with at all levels. They go the extra mile to make sure the move is as stress free as possible. I would definitely recommend this company for both domestic and commercial relocations.

From my first phone call to the last box in the garage I found World Movers totally reliable, willing to offer suggestions and alternatives (favourable to me their customer), friendly and entirely approachable. I was really impressed, would definitely recommend them as an outstanding assistance when you have a move on! They not only offered to inquire about a cleaning service for my former residence, but actually organised the whole service which was a major factor to me as I was largely moving alone. It was one less thing for me to co-ordinate. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do I know who I will be calling!

Hi Chris & Josh, Now things have settled down a bit I just wanted to write and say a huge thank you to you all for the work you have done in getting us moved from one office to the other. From our first meeting to the big day you have all been amazing, thinking of things that I did not even contemplate and making sure that the job was done in an efficient and professional manner. The team that arrived on Friday were fantastic. They worked tirelessly and with the greatest care in some tricky circumstances having to deal with the stairs and the rain! Plus they had a smile on their face while they were doing it! They went out of their way to help us with some extra requests that we threw at them and again, did it with a smile of their face. We will certainly be recommending your services to anyone that needs a quality removal service. Again, many thanks for the all your assistance.

This was my 4th international move and my 1st with this company. I would never, ever use or recommend this company. The initial meetings in Auckland went well and seemed professional. Then I moved overseas and waited for my items, and it all went downhill from there. After waiting for almost 3 months, I have only just been given a copy of the documentation I completed and requested a copy of. And I had to ask twice. Why did I ask? Because NZ gave the wrong delivery instructions to their overseas agents. The overseas agents had also contacted me and asked me for delivery instructions. I gave them the right ones - and they sat on those for almost 2 months and acted on the NZ instructions. As a result, I ended up having to pay to get my items delivered to me - something covered under the contract and quote. NZ blamed their overseas agents, who blamed NZ and each other. Then I got an excuse that they were all away on holiday and that was the reason for the errors. Umm... at my job if people were away we had out of office messages and other people had to cover. I am still waiting to be compensated for having to pay to get my things delivered by their agents - despite it being part of my quote and am having discussions with my lawyers now about the best way to recover. In addition, when items arrived, the packers did not seem to use adequate packing on breakables and some furniture - result: broken table legs, broken glass, smashed sculptures and damaged art work. I would not recommend using this company unless you want to add significantly to your stress.

We really want to thank World Moving for your outstanding effort. You arranged the delivery at incredibly short notice and kept us really well informed throughout. On the day we had amazing, punctual service, making our move really easy. The guys even dealt with my mobile phone not working without an issue! We will absolutely use you for our next move!

I painted a large painting for a charity. It was purchased by Grace Vineyard Church in Christchurch. World Moving and Storage were very helpful in assisting me to get the painting from Auckland to Christchurch. I found the staff genuinely friendly, helpful and very approachable. I would definitely recommend using them for future moving needs.

I just wanted to write and say how very impressed we were with the moving team who packed up our place on Friday. Auiti, Ben, and Matty were a lovely bunch of guys. They were professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They worked swiftly but carefully and were always careful to double check which items were going and which were staying if we hadn't made it clear. We were really impressed with how much the seemed to enjoy their work and how well they functioned as a team. We would have no hesitation in recommending World to others at this stage.

Just a quick note from the UK to say a big thanks for the move from Auckland to London. I'm sure I don't need to tell you how great your staff in Auckland were. They sorted out all the customs forms and documentation and even dropped off boxes to my house for packing! The guys over here were fantastic to deal with. They emailed me when the ship was arriving in the UK and kept me informed throughout. When I told them I was keen to get hold of the goods they arranged to deliver them the day after they cleared customs. This was my second move with World Moving and both experiences have been fantastic and very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to friends and will definitely be giving you a call when we move back to NZ. Cheers, James
