Hi, Went to the service station approximately 1.30am on the 15/08/2011, as usual there is no one waiting to serve me although this is meant to be a 24hour service i am sure of. knocked on the window for awhile, no one came, after about 5-8 mins someone finally came to the window. I feel this is not on, if this was any other service this person would be fired or given a warning. These people who work night shifts should not be slacking off just because it is a sunday and late they get paid just like any other and should not be out the back sleeping or whatever they are doing. yours faithfully a pissed off customer who this has happened to more than once
