Saw Mike the store manager. Spoke too much and made me feel that it was too much of a hassle to change my tyres which is a shame because I went there a few months ago and if I remember correctly I dealt with a chap called Nick who was more then helpful and did the job quicker then it takes to drink a cup of coffee. He even reopened the shop after closing. My fault for coming at 5.45pm that time but he didn't make an issue of it but sadly this time Firestone lost my business and maybe forever.

Not happy. Should have done my homework. Price for tyres seemed good but buying four still got charged full price for alignment. Other stores offered further discount on buying four as well as reduced price on alignment. Also invoice seemed designed to confuse.
