At the Albany Yoga Room a friendly and caring group of experienced teachers will help you discover the joy of yoga.
Stretching, strengthening, toning, relaxing and breathing are all part of what we do. We welcome total beginners as well as experienced students.
We offer help for a range of aches and pains (including back pain, shoulder problems, headaches etc).
We run special classes to help you deal with stress by teaching you HOW to relax, and may be able to assist with sleeping problems.
Our studio also runs specialist classes for pregnant women, introductory courses for the Over-50's and Mum-and-Baby courses.
Meditation forms part of our programme, with free sessions after certain classes every week.
