I am happy to report that Wild Hogs management and ownwers have been in touch and have kindly refunded food costs in full and given me a $50.00 voucher with an invitation to give Wild Hogs another try. It seems there was some problems that have now been sorted.
My complaint has been handled very well and I have no more issues. we look forward to visiting again soon. We do sincerely hope it will be a great experience.

Absolutely the worst restaurant experience we have ever had and we dine out a lot. Service extremely slow and meals on a whole way below acceptable. Pork Belly was inedible, undercooked blob of fat with dried out wilted so called fresh veges. Lamb rack was over cooked and dry and same over done dry wilted veges. Burger was described as dry and very average. Kids pizzas were OK but took over an hour to arrive. All sorts of excuses given. Seafood chowders were so microwaved it was ten minutes before they were cool enough to eat. Mains were delivered in a staggered manner and after having been there two hours my Pork Ribs still had not arrived. As every one else in our group of seven had finished and were ready to go I had my Ribs put in a doggy bag and ate them at home. Duty manager was helpful and gave a discount. She took my name and phone number and said the higher up manager would want to get in touch. I am still waiting six days later.
