27th June 2010 Great Facility, very friendly gym staff and personal trainers. I definetly recommend this gym to anyone, it accomadates the house mum, gym bunny, high performance athletes. The cardio equipment has built in tv's, which keep you a bit more entertained while you workout. THE HIGHLIGHT FOR ME, IS GETTING THE OPPORTUNITY TO WATCH THE AB's, Silver Ferns, All Whites, Breakers, Mystics, NZ Hockey etc training on the indoor track/court while im working out insde the gym
