In my dealings with Secure Communication I have found them to be quick in their responses and always offering advice taking into account our organisations needs and requirements. They have always been friendly in our interactions and are never impatient when breaking down their tech talk into "normal" terms which I can understand.

Iain says: "Very impressed with the knowledge and explanation when I called up with a problem with my alarm. Even guessed the manufacturer based on my address. Arranged to send an engineer sometime later in the day. The engineer turned up earlier than expected and within a couple of hours of calling them. Was very efficient in working through the problem, reconfigured the alarm, replaced the battery and fully tested within 1/2 an hour. Good work, thanks."
