7th June 2013 Hello I have been to Medford house twice now, and require more procedures.I have been seeing Dr Murray Robertson. He is the best dentist I have been to. I have been to a few. His dentistry work is far superior then I have ever had. He is a very friendly and down to earth dentist.Also has amazing knowledge.Prices are reasonable and reflect the very high standard of care. The receptionist is very accommodating.As she had to fit me in urgently several times. This place is easy to access and the practice itself is clean and hygenic.I am a health professional and I rate this a five star facility. Thanks Medford House Dental Care, will highly recommend you! 17th August 2012 OH Really!! That is disgusting behaviour!!, thanks for letting me know this as I was looking to have my whole teeth done and considering this child like behaviour I wouldn't want to leave with staff giggleing at me leaving with no teeth walking to my car in pain is the last thing I'd want lol....I shall refrain from going there and look somewhere else. Hopefully someone may read your review and sort these two woman out, I feel bad for you. Thank you for your review and you have a nice day.

18th August 2011 Horribly unprofessional staff. I was trying to find a park and accidentally got stuck in their private parking lot at the back. While attempting to reverse, accidentally hit the curb and did significant damage to my left bumper. A nurse and a receptionist were standing in the window laughing. The receptionist came outside and told me off for parking in their private space. When I said I was trying to leave the tight space & that I had damaged my car she replied "obviously" and left. Both of them continued to laugh at me through the window as I tried to leave.
I am a professional myself and found this behaviour utterly disgusting. As a potential new client (I have just started work in Hamilton), there is no way I will ever step foot in this dental surgery. I certainly will be letting everyone I know how unprofessional and callous the staff are. The decent thing to do would have been to ask if I needed help.
