This Backpackers would be the worse I have ever seen. Bed bugs - poo on the carpet and walls and T.V’s that don’t work. I checked out 5 minutes later and would warn people never to stay here as they are so dirty. You have to pay for sheets, blankets & pillow cases I have never seen this at a backpackers before. There are plenty of nice backpackers in Rotorua so I wouldn’t waste your time on this one. It doesn’t even warrant a 1 star but to save I had to give it one.

BEWARE this backpackers - they make a habit of not refunding your bond for no reason at all. Have heard of lots of cases where this has happened. There's plenty more trustworthy ones in Rotorua to use instead.
