We went there for mother's day so it was very busy. We booked a table but as we arrived it was clear that booking wasn't necessary as we still had to wait with people who didn't book. It was very busy day so fair enough a bit chaotic. I ordered the Cajun chicken salad and paid an extra $2 for some bread. After an expected long wait, the salad arrived. The bread was a sad piece of sliced bread only toasted on one side. The salad was missing all the ingredients advertised on the board: Brie cheese, avocado, capsicum. The hot sauce and chicken had been poured over the salad and left there until the other meals where ready. It was therefor looking very bad and not very nice either. A disappointed experience.

The best iced coffee I've had in NZ. Lovely surroundings - sit outside and look over the duck pond. A great place to stop on the way to Muriwai.
