Wonderful views of harbour and entrance and sand dunes, drinks at club prices, and the meals over summer 2016 have improved dramatically and are excellent value. Has become our favourite place for a drink and dinner whener we pass through Whangamata.
The restaurant at the Whangamata Ocean Sports Clubs serves up delicious Kiwi bar and grill cuisine for lunch and dinner, seven days a week. We have regular quiz nights, incredible beach views and promise a delightful experience for family and for friends.
Open to members, their guests, and affiliated members.

21st July 2010 Now this Restaurant and Club deserves its 5 stars - every time we go down to Whangamata, we make sure that we do not leave until we have been to this club because of the friendly staff and the fantastic meals. Perfect in summer to sit out on their deck, watch the boats coming in and also to just unwind in a casual and relaxing atmosphere - the views of the harbour are lovely
