absolutely the worst courier service available. item posted thursday 11/10/12 & was lost. another send on saturday delivery courier & hasnt turned up. rang the customer services number - no answer all morning then at 11am a message at the palmerston north branch says 'our hours are 9am - 11am on saturdays'. use post haste couriers at your peril.
