The principals of CARE are keenly aware that a person's home or rental portfolio is usually their largest investment. CARE's principals understand the concern and vulnerability that may be experienced by homeowners and investors on renting out their properties and leaving them in the hands of a Property Manager. With this in mind, it was decided, when the company was formed, that CARE would restrict the number of homes managed to a level that the principals could handle personally.
