Its Putaruru factory opened in 1998 on an extensive site in rural New Zealand and our purpose built operation operates to exacting standards that ensure a year-round supply of premium quality spring water.
New Zealand Quality Waters has access to significant volumes of water from the famous Blue Spring water from the upper reaches of the Waihou River. This is one of the world's finest sources of spring water. Cold, clear water seeps through underground aquifiers in a process that takes up to 100 years.
Our Putaruru factory is close to New Zealand's largest city Auckland, the thermal wonders of Rotorua and the export shipping port of Tauranga.
New Zealand Quality Waters bottles much of the retail bottled water market in New Zealand and exports its famous Cool Blue range to overseas markets. We also bottle for overseas retail chains.
