13th October 2009 I went into Cambridge First Mobile and for the first time in a LOOOOONG time was served by a sales rep (Kate) who was excellent and knew what she was talking about. She sorted me out and set me up with my new phone, as I have young kids I ordered the phone I wanted over the ph and then she had it all ready to go for me, about time a sales rep knew what they are doing for once - Thanks

20th March 2008 Hopeless customer service from corporate sales. Don't respond to calls, messages or texts. When I called store to find out who the manager was so I could complain they gave me a name but told me they didn't have phone number (yea right).
