20th February 2012 My partner and I stayed in the budget accommodation, for the price it was great, we attended a wedding also well done. We got a cooked and continental breakfast, that started off nice until I found a hair on my bacon then on the new one another hair in my mushrooms. The waitress's where great and apologetic but the manager couldn't offer even an apology, he also couldn't even look me in the eye during the conversation. He just said" that's never happened before and this is the first complaint hes had and for $80 you've done well", he also said he" wont offer me anything in return as i had already had two meals replaced", i did point out that both had hair and i also mentioned that his cook should have a hair net as i walked into the kitchen to tell the staff of the second hairy meal. For the manager, the customer is always right and a little bit goes along way. I felt very angry with the manager as a simple acknowledgement of there poor hygiene would of been suffice
