6th March 2013 I would like to rate this store 1 star out of 5. The only reason that they are receiving a star at all is because they had the product that I needed. As for the service I received there, it really deserves nothing. I have been in twice, and both times I have been treated very poorly.
The first time - the man seemed as though he did not have time to help me with my query, it was as though he was trying to get rid of me so that he could get back to whatever he was doing before I came in and interrupted him.
The second time - a different man "helped" me. I came in for an adaptor for my car stereo and showed him the stereo I would need the adaptor for. He almost snapped at me when he said "Nah. We don't do pioneer". I was quite put off by this, but was in need of another item, so I just let it go. I asked for the other product, bought it, and as the transaction was processing I asked if I could please have a bag to put the part in as it was small and I did not want to lose it in my car. The reply I received was "nah. Doesn't come with a bag." If I had had this response before the payment was processing, I would have just walked out and not bought anything.
I suggest that the owner/manager of this store takes the team through a customer service course. Because after the way I was treated there, I do not wish to return any time soon.
MAYBE the staff members did not actually mean to come across so rude and impatient, but there is ALWAYS a nicer way to put things when dealing with customers. Instead of "Nah, we don't do Pioneer" the staff member could have perhaps said "i'm sorry, we don't actually deal with the brand Pioneer, however I know of another store that does..." etc. The way your staff treats your customers determines how well your business will do!
