Hired a car from the wgtn city branch. Made the booking over the phone and was quoted a price. But on looking at my bank statement noticed that an extra $100 had been taken out. Rang to make enquiries with the 0800 number and they said someone would contact me the next day. 3 days had past and still no response. phoned again and was put through to the person who deals with complaints, only to conveniently get a voice message.. Leave my complaint and contact details and still to this day have not been contacted. I feel like someone on the street has just walked up to me and MUGGED me!!! Sad thing is I use this outfit frequently and always post good reviews.. C'mon Thrifty!!! Good business is good service! If your wrong?? then put it right!! that's what makes the world go round!
