Awful customer service although the policy does state you cannot get a refund in a round about way, Hartleys will not give refunds. Since most of the gear is in excess of $100 I found it difficult to find something else to replace and as $100 is alot of money to have sitting in a store credit I was unable to find anything else and would have preferred this. I spoke with the manager who flatly refused to refund as did the store, in the face of being a very good loyal customer having spent thousands over the years did not justify any leniancy. I could not find anything in the new winter stock, I thought it was rather boring and well over priced for the quality of the garments. I will never ever shop at Hartleys again, buyer beware. Hartleys is definately not what it used to be, cheap quality with excess price tags
