2nd October 2011 We went to Nero's for dinner last night (group of ten). It was busy when we arrived, so we were asked to stand to the side while they got our table ready. When our table was ready, the man behind the counter (who I can only assume is the owner) whistled at us rudely and gestured towards our table. However, the waitress who took our orders was friendly and polite. We waited for over an hour for our mains, which were generally good. Unfortunately, one order was left off, and had to be made while we waited. One of the key ingredients listed on the menu was missing, so it had to be replaced. When it finally arrived, most of our group had finished eating. When our friend asked for the food to be packaged for later, the woman who had brought it out coughed on the food as she returned it to the kitchen. After a member of the group complained to the manager, the meal was removed from the bill. The manager was unpleasant to deal with. Overall this was not a brilliant dining experience.

10th March 2010 Actually never got to eat at this cafe...sitted at table and had to wait 10 minutes to get menu and water bottle and glasses...found waittress had given Husband a water glass labeled "tips" to drink out of... waited another 15-20 minutes to have waittress return and tell us that the wait would be 45 minutes for meal! At this point we walked out. Would not reccomend.
Have been to Neros a few times in the past and we went each time as a large group and the staff were lovely and the meals were great
