CONFERENCE VENUE - SEMINARS - RETREATS

The University of Waikato is set in 68 hectares of beautifully landscaped grounds, an ideal venue for conferences, seminars and retreats. With over 100 lecture and seminar rooms our largest seating 394 people, accommodation for over 700. We can arrange catering, audio, visual & specialised equipment, room for exhibitors & trade displays. Ample parking is available during the vacation period.

Conference Equipment
Overhead projectors slide projectors, tape recorders, televisions, public address systems, data projectors and video linkage can be arranged. Specialised equipment is available on request.

Accommodation
We offer 718 single rooms in our Halls of Residence from mid-November until mid-February. All Halls are close to the University's swimming pool and Recreation Centre, have laundry facilities, TV rooms, games rooms, dining and bar areas.
