Can be very busy with service to the upstairs room at times very slow so I do not recommend accepting seating upstairs. Food can be cold sometimes so it pays to check especially with greens:-( Smokers congregate at front door with smoke blowing in the door.... Many chipped plates. Recently redecorated. Toilets stink of smoke. I tend to eat Yum Cha elsewhere now after being a regular customer at Star Cafe.
