It serves authentic Thai cuisine from the four main regions of Thainland: Northern, Northeastern (Isaan), Central and southern. Sawadee has something to please every palate as its food encompasses a range of flavours and taste sensations, from hot, cool, spicy, sweet and sour. Many of their meals are accented with a subtle addition of aromatic herbs.
The decor of Sawadee with its use of lush vegetation and elaborately carved wood is refelective of traditional Thai architecture. The resturant also contains a unique atrium water feature and has a function room for private dining.
Sawadee's menu includes, among other items: Hill Tribe Curry (pork stir-fried with basil, capsicum and lime leaves in a tribal curry sauce), Khow Tom (traditional rice soup with chicken prawn or vegetarian options) and Poh Pia Pug (vegetarian spring rolls).

Service and food @ Sawadee was perfect. Only complaint was it was a bit hot in the restaurant, felt like I was in the tropics. Value for money meals.

A little on the pricey side, but a great spot with tasty food. Scarlett Johannsson and Josh Hartnett frequented this place when they were in town.

First time at this place last friday night, great food totally worth it! think we were all a little disappointed when they sneakily put rice on everyones plate before letting them know that they would be charged for it on top of their main meal cost. anyway was all good

Sawadee is one of my favourite Thai places and I would drive from the West to get take out on a sad Friday night, its so good. Fab flavours!

My experience of Sawadee was polarizing. On one hand, the food was exceptional. On the other, the service wasn't. A group of 10 of us, booked for 8pm, were asked to wait by the bar for our table to be available. At 8:45 we inquiried about availability.. Our table had been ready for half an hour, yet noone had informed us. The food was fantastic. The cockroach on the wooden pillar was not. Neither was the staff's reluctancy to get rid of it. Unfortunately this put a sealed damper on our evening. Recommended for takeaway only.

I would have to say that Sawadi is my favourite place to get Thai! I have been here a number of times with friends with a few bottles of wine in tow! The food is delicious!! I have since recommended many friends here and the feedback has always been great! Book in advance so not to be disappointed!

Great location and a huge range of Thai dishes availble. The place to be if you're a fan of hot dishes! (look out for their chilly gauges on the menu!)

One of my old time favourites. Good service and good Thai food. I always order the Chicken Panang...and it's amazing. Good location and usually easy to get parking. I like booking the counter-sunk table when I go with a large group. BYO too!

Our favorite Thai restaurant! The staff are friendly even for Thai standards, and the decor makes the dinning experience truly authentic. The TOM YAM GOONG is a must!
