29th May 2015 Do not recommend anyone using this courier service. There customer services is terriable. Complaints are not taken seriously. I paid for a 2 day service and after 10 days, I'm still waiting for my package which the courier drive claims to have made attempted daily deliveries, no calling cards left, no phone calls received (despiting have all contact details!) to advise that they can't find the gate. We live on a main road so it should be pretty obvious?!? This partical Hutt Drive refuses to deliver to properties with Dogs unless the dogs are removed on the daily of delivery. Communication is the key to good customer service and this Courier Service is the worst I've ever experienced.

2nd February 2013 Absolutely terrible. They left me a card to call. I had to go and pick up the parcel on a Saturday, but they had no hours on their website. Tried calling them on all of their three available numbers, with no answer. They even say on their website that they offer Saturday deliveries if you call them. Too bad nobody answers. A complete lack of customer service and a waste of my time. I paid extra to get my item couriers, and all it has caused me is trouble. I should have just paid for regular post in the first place. Don't waste your time or money.

19th April 2008 This company managed to dliver my goods to the wrong address four times in one week-my item is now lost and has to be reordered. Terrible service and astonishingly unhelpful.
