Civil Design Services provides professional engineering services from its Wellington office on a consultancy basis throughout New Zealand in the following areas: GENERAL ENGINEERING: Preliminary investigations, Project conceptual analysis, Scheme Plans, Catchment management plans, GIS related asset management plans, Water renewals/new construction, Stormwater main renewals/new construction, Sewer main renewals/new construction, Pumping station design for water, stormwater, sewer, including: structural design, mechanical design, electrical design, catchment analysis, building and pipework design, pump selection, ventilation, walkways, ladders, etc. Road design, Pavement rehabilitation, Chip and surface resealing, Traffic improvement projects, Street landscaping projects, Contract/project management and administration, Resource Consents and Building Consents, Catchment Management Plans, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Mechanical and Electrical Design, Computer Draughting/Presentation. SURVEYING/PLANNING: Legal and engineering surveying, Boundary definition, Easements, Subdivisions, Land information, Resource consents, with particular expertise related to Coastal issues. SPECIALTY SERVICES: Computer modelling of wastewater and stormwater catchments and potable water networks. Computer modelling of open channel systems.
