28th September 2010 Took car in for alignment after putting on a new drivers side tie rod end. Drove away $70 poorer and the car pulls twice as bad to the left as it did before. Took it back - first words out of the guys' mouth "Oh I cant do anything about that" totally dismissive. Could have told me to go get another tie rod for the passenger side as well - a matching pair - but didnt. Call me old fashioned but if I take my car to get an alignment I expect to be told before i hand over my money that it wont be possible to make it drive straight. Complete waste of time and money
