After reading your negative review, I feel obligated to voice my own experience and opinion. I have used Kresta in the past and have recommended them to family and work colleagues. The service they provided was beyond expectation. They were friendly, timely and provided valued advised on design and colour. The installer was timely and installed all my blinds correctly. I signed their customer care card and wonder if you did and what did you write! Have you spoken to management about this? I'm sure if what you are saying is true and valid, management would not hesitate to rectify your experience. I would have no hesitation to recommend Kresta.
