5th October 2011 I have just been into your mosgiel store where I had seen signage this morning offering a set of outdoor funiture table and 6 chairs for $199, great deal however I was told that there is none available at the store even tho there is 3 or 4 of the tables they had no chairs, they did offer me a rain check which was excellent but then I was advised they cant be sure they will actually get any. I asked if there was any at any other store which they said town had some and I could go get it from there. Now this makes no sense to me I am willing to wait a week or 2 but they wouldnt bring one out from town instead told me to go there myself and get it. They did say they could bring one out but at the moment couldn t cos the DC was showing stock I dont care about any of that I jst want the table and chairs that were advertised instore. They are advertising them for sale in the store but couldnt supply to me this is false advertising. thank you for your time

16th January 2011 Me and My Family went to pay for our stuff and i went along and waited then i pulled off a chain that was blocking us to get out so i removed it then was told in a rude way not to remove it because it was there for a reason! But then the security guard said to leave it off. That chain must be there for a silly reason because how are the customers suppose to get out climb over the chain no thanks! next time i will complain!!!!

8th December 2010 8/12/10 I rang through to query furniture, the first time I was actually hung up on after waiting 5 minutes. The 2nd time I was left on the side listening to other customers and workers talking about crappy stuff in the store, as I wait I am typing this and now listening to a worker complaining to another person about a customer who she has just served, "fat and nasty" is not really what a potential customer wants to hear.Also knowing that workers expect customers to "speak bloody english" is perhaps something that should tell their marketing rather than me still holding to be transfered to furniture 11.36 minutes totalling now, now I'm getting personal details of a card holder before again being hung up on.
