6th May 2015 Just came out of Quinneys with a bad feeling after being rudely interrupted by the person serving me. Regardless of the quality of the physical service, if you don't have good customer service you're going to struggle. What struck me was that when I took my items in the first time, with a different server, there was also poor customer service. The server was not very friendly, and was short with their words. I get the feeling there's probably a deeper issue that needs to be sorted out in the background. Quinneys, please teach your staff to be more friendly and professional. Interrupting your customer with a loud "shhhh!" is not only poor service but disrespectful in any situation.
