We rented a washing machine and dryer from this company for probably over 3 years (both the washer and dryer had to be replaced at one stage when they both broke at the same time, which was fine) and then were given the option to buy it. which we did. A few months after we purchased it, the washing machine broke so we contacted the company to see if they offered a warranty/when someone could come out and cost up how much it would be to fix if there was no warranty. We were advised that there was no warranty and they wouldn't be coming out to fix it, even though we had only owned it for a few months. We called a technician who specialises in F&P products to come fix it (nothing to do with this company), he was there the next morning and had to replace the pump. When he pulled it out, it was FULL of hair clips and also and underwire of a bra, none of which came from our washing. Disappointing service and wouldn't use them again.
