28th December 2010 We would not recommend Warwick Todd, due to their poor mgmt skills and lack of basic systems. When things are working well and money coming in, then no problem. But we were let down by one of the staff, allowing tenant to get weeks behind in rent. When they had to sort it out, they negotiated without our input (knocked off $400 of debit) and didn't want to put the time and effort into managing the situation. They didn't seem to know the tenancy tribunal process very well either!
Communication poor, we rarely received answers to simple questions - very frustrating.
