25th August 2011 They advertise a valet when servicing your vehicle. They have never valet my vehicle neither have they cleaned it. False advertising I reckon! When I raised this issue with the guy on the front desk he didn't care. They also have never had my vehicle ready on time. I have made a recommendation to have our work
Holdens serviced in Auckland instead!

15th February 2011 Really overpriced, service was ok, but not for the price. They also didn't use genuine parts.
There are plenty of better mechanics which are cheaper in Hamilton, so I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
