14th July 2011 We bought our wood from Donovan this year because they seemed to offer the best prices. Our past experience with firewood merchants was that quality was poor and whatever was said on the phone could not be taken for granted. Therefore we were delighted to find out that, with Donovan, there was no bad surprise. The wood was well split (easy to stack) and dry as could be, even though there had been a lot of rain. We were able to use it straight away without any further drying. The driver was very helpful too when making the delivery.
Months later, when I called to ask for the GST invoice I had forgotten to request initially, they were very friendly and helpful.
We are sure to use Donovan again in the future and recommend them wholeheartedly.
