A large range of both ferrous and non-ferrous materials are able to be machined, from bar stock, forgings and castings:
Our four bar-feeding lathes are capable of turning components up to 65mm in diameter, we are however able to chuck up to 300mm diameter and 400mm in length.
The final product is tested to customers' standards and requirements. We are able to complete a full or sub-assembly of components; high pressure and pneumatic testing and we have degreasing facilities. In the past we have manufactured CNG components for clients in USA to meet Underwriters Laboratory (UL) approved standards.
A large portion of our work to date had been in machining CNG Components and Medical Bottle Valves for high-pressure gases, two areas in which we specialise. All of these components call for accruate, precise and reliable components, using the highest quality materials and labour skills.
