4th February 2013 On the 1st Feb on my way home to Waipukurau i called into your restaurant with my partner and granddaughter and purchased meals for us all with me having a coffee. On trying this coffee i found it undrinkable as it was cool and stewed. Along came an employee names Mathew who realised my predicament, well this young man could not have been more helpful, apologising profusely and went and got me a replacement coffee which was tops he offered me another free one if i wished and then went off to find the problem and then came back with an explanation and another apology.
