I found my initial visit a very friendly experience, however the next day my hair was bothering me as the cut was not sitting right. As I had to fly to Rotorua that day I was unable to go back and get it fixed. I managed to get it recut in Rotorua so that the style was sitting correctly. When i came back to Porirua and tried to speak to them about it they did not want to know, and I got no apology for the fact I was not happy with the cut. I would not go back as I felt they did not care about the fact I was not happy with the cut and expected me to leave it as it was for a week while I was away and come back to them. All I was asking was for the $35 i had to pay to have it fixed! And I did not relish walking around for a week with a hair do that looked terrible.
