If you are looking for friendly well informed staff and exceptional service this shop is the place to go. I broke a spoke mountain biking the Croesus track on Friday and wanted it fixed to ride the Denniston Plateau the following day. They were enormously obliging, they called their bike mechanic at home and he came in early just to fix my bike. I was absolutely blown away by the service, just fantastic
