3rd July 2013 Ordered DRY wood, like their advert in the paper. Got delivered on time with great service. Went to stack it and it was wet. Split a bit with the axe and wet right through. Rung to complain and they said they would come and get it. 3 phone calls later and after being treated like an idiot as they were adamant it was dry said they would collect it as I was not happy. No one turned up that day. Next evening was collected. They charge an extra $25.00 delivery fee they don't tell you about on the phone and heaps of small kindling bids in the load. Make sure the invoice is accurate. Tried to sneak an extra $10.00 on to the end bill.
